Call of Duty: World at War - the next part of the well-known series of shooters Call of Duty, this time from studio Treyarch. In 1944 the victory of allies any more does not cause doubts. The war outcome is predetermined, but Hitlerites and the Japanese soldiers still die in the last ditch. Last stage of great opposition comes nearer, and the player will appear in epicentre of events. Two campaigns will pass on islands of Pacific ocean and in streets of Berlin. On atolls the present slaughter-house was developed - ten thousand descendants of Samurais have transformed beaches, palm groves and rocks into unapproachable defensive system. Disembarkation of the American armies has turned back the present nightmare. Nobody asks for mercy, despite an enormous inequality in forces. Here campaign battles on the party of allies will be developed. In a role of the Russian soldier the player will make the way in the destroyed quarters of Berlin towards to the Victory.
